My dad is using SE xperia X1 model. But recently it was locked with T-mobile,UK  & we dont know how to unlock it? Whether using code or s/w that is the confusion. By using the s/w & unlock i dont know where to get the s/w but by using the code means i will buy  @ http://www.unlocking4u.com/

You can only get a Network Unlock Code from T-Mobile if you have an active T-Mobile account. If you don't, you can go to a local mobile phone shop in the city markets and get it unlocked - usually £5 upwards depending on phone and could be as dear as £50 also.
